Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your purchase, but if you change your mind, you have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, in its original packaging, and in resaleable condition. You must also provide proof of purchase.
To request a return, email us at info@itsscent.co.uk with your order number.
Exclusions: We cannot accept returns on sale items, gift vouchers, or hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., soaps, oils, balms) unless faulty.
Refunds
•If you cancel within 14 days, we will refund the full product cost plus standard delivery costs (not upgraded shipping).
•If the item has been used beyond what is necessary for inspection, we may deduct an amount from your refund.
•Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Faulty or Damaged Items.
If your item is faulty, you have 30 days to request a full refund. If a fault develops later, we may offer a repair, replacement, or partial refund.
To report a faulty item, email us at info@itsscent.co.uk with your order number, details of the issue, and supporting photos.
For faulty returns, we will reimburse reasonable return postage costs (up to £3.50).
Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
